Construction of 7 Industrial units with disabled toilet and kitchenette.

Design and construct Ironman 4×4 Accessories Newcastle distribution centre and showroom. This project included a 3600m2 warehouse and full fit out of a 550m2 office over two storeys including high level finish showroom, training rooms and amenities.

Design and construct of 16 Industrial units with disabled toilet and kitchenette.  

Design and construct of 17 Industrial units with with mezzanines, disabled toilet and kitchenette.  

Demolition of existing buildings and the design and construction of 42 light industrial units comprising structural steel frame and precast concrete panel wall construction. Each unit contains a disabled toilet and kitchenette.
